You need a personalized training program that takes your unique physiology and goals into account. That's where I come in. As an Athlete, I have learnt from the best and will design a program that will help you reach your full potential. 

Whether you're looking to gain muscle, lose fat, or improve your athletic performance, I will create a plan that will get you results like no other.

PERSONALISED NUTRITION + MACROS

Macros are the foundation of your nutrition. They are the building blocks that determine how much energy you have, how lean you are, and how strong you are. That's why I take a personalised approach to calculating your macros. I take into account your age, weight, gender, activity level, and goals to come up with a macronutrient ratio that is completely unique to you. And as your body changes and you become stronger, I update your macros so that we can stay on top of obtaining your goals. Together we will make this journey a lot easier.

As a fitness enthusiast and Powerlifting Athlete, my goal has always been to help others achieve their full potential. I founded Invictus Athletes as a way to expand my reach beyond the clients I see in person.  In my many years of training, I've been coached by some of the best in the industry and I'm here to share that knowledge with you.
